Claude API CRM for Pickleball Wholesale
Built for a pickleball paddle wholesale company targeting retail buyers across NC. The system functions as a purpose-built CRM: it discovers and qualifies leads, manages the full outreach lifecycle, and tracks every customer relationship from first contact through follow-up — all without manual data entry.
Four specialized discovery agents (powered by Anthropic Claude) surface leads across specialty shops, sporting goods stores, club pro shops, and e-commerce sellers. Leads flow through a shared Google Sheets pipeline that acts as the CRM backend: raw discovery → deduplication and Hunter.io email verification → outreach → drip campaign with bounce and reply detection. Claude Opus handles discovery reasoning; Claude Haiku handles lead classification. Batch variants use Anthropic's Batch API to reduce cost on high-volume runs.
All outreach runs through the Gmail API with open and click tracking via Vercel. A single config file controls targeting parameters — swapping the search target redeploys the entire pipeline against a new vertical.
